Sport Massage
Emphasis is placed on assessment and self-care in addition to massage treatment whether the client is in the midst of a training period or is pre- or post-event. Also focuses on the rehabilitation of athletic injuries.

Primarily used to treat chronic conditions and injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes.
Relaxation Massage
Gentle pressure to muscles and joints. Swedish techniques ideal for people who are new to massage, sensitive to touch, no injuries, and just want to fully relax.
Therapeutic Exercise
Therapeutic exercise therapy is commonly prescribed to patients that have experienced extended periods of inactivity, or those that are living with a recent injury or painful condition.
This type of treatment encompasses gentle exercises to help loosen the muscles and rebuild lost strength. This aids in both strength training and pain relief, and ultimately helps the patient get moving comfortably once again.

Pre-post Natal Massage
A focused experience of treating pregnant women in any trimester and with the variety of discomforts and complaints common to pregnancy such as the low back, hip pain, swelling, etc. Positioning during Pregnancy Massage is especially important and may involve the client resting on her side during the massage.
Cupping Therapy
Dry Cupping not involving bleeding.
Cups can be sets of silicon, glass and plastic.
The suction creates an area of negative pressure resulting in the relief of stagnation, pain or stretch to local tissue.
Cupping is a technique whereby a vacuum is created in a cup, drawing the skin up into the cup and resulting in the separation of the superficial fascia layers. The suction draws blood to the level of the skin creating a vacuum (negative pressure) below the skin.
Used to treat congestion, blood permeability, lymph flow, fascial limitations, scars (old or new), increase tissue glide and reduce hyper-tonicity.
Lymphatic Drainage
The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up.
Lymphatic massage can reduce swelling and improve circulation throughout the lymphatic system
It is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body.
Lymphatic drainage massage can benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, and other conditions.
